Hi SJ….Thank You for reminding everyone.I will be watching!!

  2. Dr. Phil is a douchebag, although he redeemed himself somewhat at the end of the show.

Jose was classy, as usual. And smart. For the first time I’ve ever seen, someone silenced Dr. Phil!

  3. My favorite part was when Ashton was questioning George and they only showed George so all his questions were typed at the bottom of the screen and it had his name as Attorney “John” Ashton. Did anyone else notice that? LOL!!

  4. I totally thought this was a re-aring of old Casey Anthony stuff. I noticed it on the TV and didn’t pay any attention to it.

THANK U SJ I FEEL THE SAME WAY YOU DO I AM SO GLAD I FOUND YOU I FELT ALONE IN BELEIVEIN IN CASEY AND WANTIN TO GET GEORGE ON A CONVICTION FOR CALEY’S DEATH THANK U FOR UPDATES PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED ON OTHER UPDATES I APPREICATE ALL I HAD SO MANY PEOPLE STOP TALKIN TO ME FOR BEING HAPPY FOR CASEY’S NOT GUILTY 3 TIMES I WAS SCREAMING THANK U JESUS DR.PHIL SAID HE READS PEOPLE [DUMB A] KNOW IT ALL HE DID’NT READ GEORGE OR CINDY SICK OF HEARIN PEOPLE SAYIN MOST HATED PERSON IN THE WORLD NO SHE IS NOT I WOULD TO KNOW IF CASEY READS ALL OUR POST

  6. Karen, I noticed that it said John Ashton too!! I thought Jose Baez went a little soft on Dr. Phil at the beginning, but when Dr. Phil started up, Jose Baez put him in his place. Best part was when Baez told him, no juror made their decision based on the abuse claims, they used the evidence presented. Felt good that someone finally said the obvious, they misstate this over and over in the media, it is right in the juror interviews people! I’m glad someone finally fought back against Dr. Phil’s antics. I don’t like to watch his show because no one stands up to him. I don’t understand why people can’t see George Anthony is a big liar himself. All he said during that multi-part interview with Dr. Phil was what Nancy Grace and the rest of them told him. There is no evidence to any of it. Toxicology – negative, no chloroform ever found, no drugs in general ever found, and no one ever said that she used a chemical babysitter except Nancy DisGrace. All of her friends, prosecution witnesses I might add, said the polar opposite. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Dr. Phil hasn’t been a licensed psychologist in almost a decade. He has said in multiple interviews that what he does isn’t psychological advice, really?
The people who evaluated Casey Anthony are still practicing. Plus, it is improper for a psychologist to diagnose or tell people a diagnosis is not correct when they haven’t even said one word to the person. She does have PTSD signs. Dr. Phil’s show left out a lot of stuff that I am dying for someone to finally mention and talk about. She had nightmares for goodness sake, how is that not aligned with PTSD? Reliving the moment, anyone? There are psychological signs of possible abuse as well, like Baez said, the lying and the creating of fantasies. Something isn’t right, I haven’t heard any truer words associated with this case.
Why don’t we ever talk about what the prosecution did wrong? Put them on the hot seat. They would’ve stopped at nothing, but I’m just glad it still wasn’t enough.
I’m so glad that John Bradley didn’t back down, I was concerned that he might not reiterate what happened with Linda Drane Burdick ignoring him when he wanted to set the record straight because I thought he might be concerned about his job. But he is right, him testifying wrong is a greater danger to his career than them being mad that he blew the whistle. I noticed throughout a lot of the trial that the prosecution had people testifying to reports they didn’t write, extremely improper and clearly a cheap tactic so that the defense can’t fully cross-examine. The judge should have never allowed such a thing. I thought Dr. Phil ended strongly with the whole we may think we know more, but maybe we should rethink, until he went off the deep end with an insinuation that the public gets to know things the jury doesn’t. Yeah, we get to know things the media makes up for ratings, innuendo and rumors and crazy opinions of people like Jane Velez-Mitchell. I’d love to see any one of the viewers who agrees with them be brave enough to go before a jury with their words as evidence. Rumors and sensationalism aren’t facts and they shouldn’t be taken seriously by anyone or used to indict anyone. Overall, I thought Jose Baez gave a good resuscitation of the facts, especially considering all the constraints placed on their conversation by Dr. Phil, he spent way too much time talking about the opening statement and not enough time talking about the real case.

    • I agree, he spent almost the whole entire show trying to get Jose to admit he was lying about George, insinuating he was unethical. Poor Jose could not get it through Phil’s head how a defense works. He isn’t a licensed doc anymore and he certainly isn’t a lawyer!

      • Dr. Phil was kissing George’s ass the whole time that he and Cindy were on the show. Good for Jose for setting the record straight.

    • Also,

Denial and suppression based on the trauma of sexual abuse were the thrust of the psychologists who analyzed Casey. Dr. Phil interrupted him before he could explain. The grief effort was instrumental as well in explaining how Casey could react to the death of her daughter but Jose couldn’t get to that.

About John Bradley – I wonder how if his statement will cause Jeff Ashton to actually respond now? I sure want to know why Ashton didn’t call him back to the stand? I know but I want to hear him dig himself in deeper.

  7. I’m still confused about John Bradley and what exactly went down with him. In his press release that was up for a day or two, I believe he said he’d tried to warn OSCO about the error before testifying.

    • As I understand it, the police used their usual software and it didn’t find anything, but one search for chloroform, so they went searching for someone else. Kind of like when the FBI said there was nothing in the trunk, they hunted down Vass. John Bradley was approached at a seminar he was giving on his new software. The police asked him to write some software to solve a “problem” they were having. He wrote up the software and gave it to them. He was then asked to testify at the trial. At trial, they handed him a report he didn’t write and he testified to its contents. This wasn’t an uncommon practice in this trial, many experts testified for the prosecution to other people’s work, which is improper. When he returned to Canada, he saw media reports about Jose Baez’s closing arguments where he points out that the “84 times” analysis was a fraud (which it was) and he says John Bradley lied under oath. Jose Baez didn’t know that John Bradley wasn’t in on it. Bradley became concerned about his job and re-looked at the software discovering it had flaws and that the readout was incorrect, just like Baez said, and should have matched the original software. He contacted Linda Drane Burdick several times so that he could correct the court record. He wanted to be recalled so that the trial transcript was accurate and his reputation was restored. But, the prosecution ignored him and left it as is. So, he went to the media because they were throwing him under the bus and he didn’t want it hanging over his head.
Remember, when the defense brought up this discrepancy to the judge, he said that they wouldn’t tell the jury because it would be prejudicial to the State, instead the jury already had the other analysis to look at because both were in evidence.
So basically, it was prejudicial for the jury to know that the State lied about forensics during the trial and apparently okay that the jury could have been in the back room considering a lie as evidence. Way to protect the defendant’s right to a fair trial.

      • Thanks so much for explaining it, youcouldbewrong. I appreciate it!

      • YCBW

He also said that he found out while watching OCSO testify at trial, I’m assuming Sandra Osbourne and when she was explaining how she came about the 84 chloroform searches. Then he caught the hiccup and immediately notified the state. The state never called him back though. He was waiting for someone to stand up for him but he was the state’s fall guy.

        Shameless!

I’ve been leaving links to your blog posts all over the place lately:-)

      • I don’t think Casey & George have reconciled but I do KNOW the jury knew George and the prosecution were telling lies. Especially when it came to the 84 searches. Who needs to search for something that many times anyway?

        • GasCanGeorge says:

IF this case took place in any other State , Ashton would’ve been fired. Well, maybe not in that other whacked out STate (Cali)…..Instead, he was voted in as STate Attorney. Only in America!

  8. I thought Jose did awesome. He didn’t back down when Dr. Phil was challenging him. I think, Dr. Phil has been a target of the hate which is why he made that statement at the end about jury’s getting it right and how the public acts etc.

Then he gave everyone a copy of Jose’s book. I think the tides are turning for Casey.

And the best part, was the boycotters couldn’t do squat about him having Jose on his show! Soon they wont be able to boycott anything Casey because a majority of the public WILL want to hear her story.

I haven’t read anything legitimate about her making up with George. I think that information is false too.

  9. So has Casey actually reconciled with George? if that is true I now have even more doubts about the defense story. I want to believe it and actually did for quite some time but Casey reconciling with George puts all of that now into serious doubt in my mind.

    • I don’t believe that. It was reported in People magazine, not exactly a credible news source. As I understand it, she talks to her mother and brother, but not her father.

    • bamaladylady says:

NO PCT CHANEY MASON WAS ON PIERS MORGON COUPLE WEEKS AGO SAID NO CASEY IS NOT TALKING TO GEORGE THAT IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME FOR HER TO GET PAST WHAT GEORGE HAS DONE TO HER HE SAID CASEYS WHOLE FAMILY THREW HER UNDER THE BUS

    • It’s a tabloid, they also said she’d be found guilty, she’d have made $2 million by now, she would participate in celebrity boxing, she’d violate her probation, she adopted a kid, she married a rich guy from Mexico, she got fat, she couldn’t get any job, but porn (they wish!), and all other manner of crazy stuff. Definitely would put more stalk in what Cheney Mason said because he actually talks to her. Besides, common sense, would you be that forgiving that fast if your father did what he did, to you? He tried as hard as he could to help the prosecution give her the death penalty and on Dr. Phil, Cindy Anthony said it was because he was mad at her! WTF!!

    • GasCanGeorge says:

I dont know how Casey could reconcile with her parents, and especially George after what
happened to her daughter. After all, the dysfunction between her parents, and especially
GEorge’s mysterious past is a huge red flag. IF anything Casey should stand up
and fight for her daughter’s memory and demand justice for her daughter.

    • No way would Casey and George be on civil terms. Not only does she want nothing to do with him, he told Dr. Phil that he wouldn’t speak to her again either.

  10. Well I hope you are all correct that there has been no reconciliation between George and Casey because I want to believe the defense – and full disclosure- I was skeptical until I read Jose’s book. I believe and want to believe that what Casey told Baez was the truth.
The story I read (yes it is in People Magazine) and I do take their credibility with a block of salt, indicates that Casey is living in a Condo leased in George Anthonys name.
If she reconciled with George the entire mission statement of this website goes to sh!t now and that would be heartbreaking. I cant imagine a reconciliation at any point even out of sheer desperation on Caseys part if the story she said is the truth.

The whole thought of it makes me sick to my stomach

    • 1) George would never spend money on a condo for Casey even if they were speaking.
      2) PEOPLE is a tabloid.
      3) How many fake stories about Casey have gone around since the verdict?

  11. This is the FIRST time that Bradley has been able to tell his story?
Has Ashton ever been on phil and WHY didn’t phil have Bradley on that 5 minutes to ask him that in front of Ashton?

  12. Another thing about phil. He’s a doctor and didn’t understand how Casey had never been to a GYN?
A Great lawyer had to explain that to the phycotrist? And how an abused child would act when taught to lie all of her life.
In this interview I found that Jose Baez is not only the best lawyer, but knew more about pregnancy than the (doctor) phil and also the ( nurse ) Cindy and (Mother) that lived in the same home as Casey.
Jose Baez is number one IMO.
phil thought he was going to treat him like his regular guest on there with problems.
What did he think he was going to teach the best lawyer about law?

    • Oh i think it was mostly scripted and both knew what would be asserted and asked. Dr, Phil wanted the ratings and jose, rightfully so, was able to promote himself and his book. He’s ranked in the top 1000 over at Amazon now. He richly deserves the change in public perception.

  13. http://miami.cbslocal.com/2013/02/11/famed-attorney-jose-baez-representing-family-of-chef-killed-in-hit-run/

Is Baez switching sides? I thought he would be defending this woman instead of siding with the family in a civil suit against her. Now, he is like a Prosecutor. I must say I’m a bit disappointed in him. He should be fighting for this woman rights instead of against her.

    • This case is totally different from Casey’s. Casey did not kill Caylee. This woman did kill a man (there were witnesses) and fled the scene.

  14. Drew Hensley says:

Maybe Jose wants to show that he believes in justice whether it involves bringing action against the guilty party or defending someone he believes is innocent. He probably wants to show that he isn’t one-sided.

  15. GasCanGeorge says:

George is a professional manipulator, he even manipulated Dr. Phil into falling for
the GOOD GUY act. Isnt that what George has been doing most of his adult life?

How about someone with some balls to investigate the Anthony’s and dig deeper into this case

  16. Just wanted to remind everyone reading here that Casey has a birthday on March 19th. Let’s all remember to wish her a happy 27th on her special day :).
