In an interview with Matt Lauer from the Today show (MSNBC) this morning, Jose Baez tries to clarify the ongoing Casey Anthony probation fiasco – and the prevailing safety & logistics issues relating to the “circus-like atmosphere” still surrounding the case.
Team Casey have already filed a motion to quash the order, arguing that (under Florida law) the judge cannot amend his sentence more than 60 days after it was signed in January 2010. Here’s the interview in full:
LATEST UPDATE: Stan Strickland has removed himself from the case. Judge Belvin Perry has now signed an order delaying Casey’s return to Orange County. A hearing on a defense motion that objects to the probation order has been scheduled for 9am Friday. Casey Anthony will not be present.
