Team Casey to appeal lying convictions today (1/8)

Attorneys for Casey Anthony will make oral arguments Tuesday in Daytona Beach in her appeal of four convictions of lying to law enforcement officers, court documents show.

The 1:30 p.m. hearing at the 5th District Court of Appeal will address Anthony’s concerns about having being convicted of lying to law enforcement officers. The convictions came from her telling investigators that her daughter was kidnapped when she knew 2-year-old Caylee Anthony was dead, Orange County sheriff’s investigators said.

Casey Anthony, accused of murdering her daughter, was acquitted by a jury July 5, 2011, of charges of first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter and aggravated child abuse.

Her attorneys will argue that Judge Belvin Perry made an error in not suppressing Casey Anthony’s statements to an investigator, which she made without her rights being read to her.

Casey Anthony’s lawyers, Cheney Mason and Lisabeth Fryer, will also argue that Casey Anthony’s consitutional double jeopardy rights were violated when she was convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement officers, court documnets filed show.

Barring any ground breaking news, or any more spontaneous acts of lawsuit-related stupidity from people that really should know better (naming no names) – this could be the last post of the year. Doubtful, but you just never know.

Rest assured we’ll continue to fly the flag for Casey throughout 2013 and beyond, and we’ll be covering all the relative news & associated ridiculous ongoing BS. We’ll also continue to support Casey until George Anthony is ultimately brought to justice for Caylee’s murder.

After chatting with a few relevant people, I also decided to start up a new & totally separate website for Jodi Arias. You can visit it anytime by clicking here, clicking the logo below – or by going to

I hope many of you will join me in fighting Jodi’s corner.

Finally, I’d like to wish Casey and all our regular visitors, supporters, contributors, knuckle-dragging retarded haters & all my insider peeps - Happy HolidaysMerry Christmas and a peaceful & prosperous 2013

Jodi Arias – The HLN Radical Clerics & knuckle-draggers have spoken…

Ok then folks.

Here’s the question.

Do we go with the HLN BS and the (once again) clueless masses here in assuming Jodi Arias is “obviously guilty”? — or do we go through the facts ourselves and make our own decision?

We’ve been here before, right?

I vote for the latter.

Besides a camera and a few friends that were way too eager to start pointing the finger, there’s evidently a lot more to this case than meets the eye.

Having reviewed the case so far – and with the emphasis (once again) being on the prosecution to convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt - I think they will fail admirably… Laughing Guy style.

I’m also quite sure that the vast majority of people jumping on the “guilty bandwagon” are doing so to make up for their ongoing disappointment at Casey’s NOT GUILTY verdict. Well, it didn’t happen last time, and it ain’t gonna happen this time either. Get used to it folks.

Click here to visit the special support website I recently launched.

It starts right here and now…

Happy Holidays!

Dr Drew’s Clueless Whores Seek Enlightenment – Can You Help?

*** Click here to visit our Jodi Arias Is Innocent website ***

Ok… so being female, pretty and playing with your hair proves that you’re guilty now, does it?

You’d think so, watching the latest BS from Dr Drew…

Dr Drew is old enough (literally) to know better, although I’m not totally surprised. He is, after all, one of the radical clerics at the HLN mosque.

Anyways, in addition to his ridiculous ratings-driven stupidity, viewers were also treated to the stupidity of Shanna Hogan… an alleged journalist and true crime author.

When talking about Jodi Arias and Casey (around the 5.25 mark), she starts off by saying they were both women “who committed the most unthinkable acts imaginable”.

She supposedly covered the case extensively. Really? Which case?
After getting her started, Drew then interrupts her so he can describe the peculiar feeling he gets when watching a seemingly innocuous video of  Jodi & Casey playing with their hair. I think he needs to get out more.
To top it all off, Pat Brown makes an asshole of herself  too, mainly by making light of being abused and stating it shouldn’t be used as “an excuse” for anything.
So… if you want to enlighten either of these 2 evidently clueless whores… namely Shanna Hogan and Pat Brown, feel free to click on the links below and make their day:

Pat Brown - contact form

Sounds like they already have super-cute Jodi convicted. Had she been black, they’d never have even mentioned the case. Sound familiar? You bet.

You know me. I’m just calling it as it is.

Later folks,

“Prosecuting Casey Anthony” – Lifetime Movie Preview

I’m still a bit peeved that Dick van Dyke and Jenny McCarthy never got chosen to play The Laughing Guy & Lin Possible – or that Belvin Perry didn’t get replaced by Amos & Andy.

Here’s the trailer…

Casey Anthony - Lifetime Movie Preview

I particularly like the bit where it says:

“Our case is rock solid…
Forensics say she’s guilty…
Common sense says she’s guilty…
And the Jury is gonna say she’s guilty.”

Yeah… right. Are we talking about the same trial here, or what?

Their case was piss poor at best… and the forensics were a veritable fantasy of BS & junk science. The only time common sense came into the equation was when the Jury recorded their Not Guilty verdict.

Later folks,

Jose Baez – Dr Drew interview, 11-26

Here’s Jose Baez on Dr Drew last night, once again clarifying  the supposedly “overlooked” evidence:

Jose Baez - Dr Drew 11-26-2012

Had the prosecution wheeled this BS out during the trial, it would have destroyed their already feeble timeline and put GA in the spotlight. There was nothing overlooked or missed at all.

The debate rolls on – 2 more reports from WKMG

Here are the latest WKMG reports from last night (11/21), featuring more BS from Pipitone and his not so ground breaking revelations regarding the timeline & “foolproof suffocation” searches:

6pm Report:

11pm Report:

Happy Thanksgiving!

On this special day, I’d like to take the opportunity once again to thank Jose & Team Casey for their continued efforts & ongoing support.

I’d also like to thank Tony Pipitone, The Laughing Guy, M&M, ZG, the state of Florida (and all the haters) for the BS & amusement they’ve given us and continue to give us.

And while there’s never any valid excuse for the needless killing of millions of animals to celebrate any event, I nevertheless wish you & yours a very Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you enjoy a wonderful day full of family and friends, great food and great memories.

Casey also thanks us all for our continued support.

Later peeps,
Have a good one…

The law of attraction cannot change anything in your life that you hate, because hate prevents the change from coming. Since the law is giving us exactly what we are putting out, when you hate something the law must continue to give you more of what you hate. You will not be able to move away from it. Love is the only way. If you focus completely on the things you love, then you are on your way to a beautiful life.

Pipitone’s WKMG report w/Jose Baez (11/20)

If you were lucky enough to miss Tony Pipitone’s earth-shattering revelations last night on WKMG, you can watch them right here:

Casey - Pip story 1

Pipitone story to center on “foolproof suffocation”

From Orlando Sentinel, 11-20-2012:

“A highly promoted local television report set to air this evening will center on Internet searches that authorities didn’t know about during the high-profile trial of Casey Anthony, according to the lead prosecutor in the case.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed in an email to the Orlando Sentinel that someone used the Anthony family computer to search for “foolproof suffocation” on June 16, 2008, the day Casey Anthony’s father said she left the family’s home with Caylee for the last time.

In the notorious 31 days which followed, Anthony’s parents repeatedly sought to see their granddaughter — and, authorities say, Casey Anthony repeatedly lied about her whereabouts.

Though computer searches were a key issue at Anthony’s murder trial, the “foolproof suffocation” term never came up. Anthony’s criminal defense attorney, Jose Baez, later wrote about the search in his book, “Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story.”

Burdick wrote that the Orange County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed “there was a computer search on ‘foolproof suffocation’ on 6-16-08 that they did not find.” Burdick stressed that this information “is not ‘new,’” as it was already published in Baez’s book months ago.

However, she confirmed that she “did not know about it before or during trial.”

WKMG-Channel 6 has been promoting an expose by investigative reporter Tony Pipitone, advertised to contain evidence “that could have changed the jury’s mind” and “points right at Casey,” which is set to air tonight at 11 p.m.

But if the segment centers on the computer searches mentioned in Baez’s book, Pipitone’s is not the first reporting done on that subject.

ABC News’ Christina Ng, citing Baez’s book, reported on new “suicide-related searches, on terms including ‘foolproof suffocation’ and ‘venturing into the pro-suicide pit’” as long ago as July 5.

In her report, Ng said that the searches were discovered by a defense expert, and were never disclosed by prosecutors.

“I have a hard time believing that law enforcement wouldn’t check the Internet history of the day that the child went missing,” Baez said on ”Good Morning America”in July. Other media outlets have also reported on the searches.

After WKMG began promoting its report, the Sentinel began reaching out to key players in the murder case. Burdick’s fellow prosecutor Jeff Ashton said he could not comment until after the WKMG report aired, and Casey Anthony’s current attorneys, Charles Greene and Cheney Mason, said they didn’t know the subject of the report.

Mason expressed doubt that any substantive evidence would have been missed by authorities, who conducted an exhaustive investigation.

“I find it hard to imagine that there’s any evidence that they didn’t know about that would have been incriminating,” Mason said.

Promotional materials for Pipitone’s report suggest that the evidence he’s unearthed would incriminate Casey Anthony, but the ABC News report quoted Baez’s book, in which he suggested it was her father George Anthony who was damaged by the evidence.

Baez noted that, before the “foolproof suffocation” search, someone logged into an AOL Instant Messenger account on the computer. According to Baez’s writings, George Anthony had an AIM account, but Casey Anthony did not.

“Then someone typed in ‘foolproof suffocation.’ It was misspelled, and George was a poor speller,” Baez wrote.”

Here are Jose’s current comments from his Facebook page:

“I see a lot of my fb friends commenting of the Pipitone Report and I will tell you this. The promo is extremely misleading, as they are trying to show that I am saying that the computer searches would have hurt Casey, when I am arguing completely to the contrary. Secondly, there timeline is off by an hour we disagree and they are using a blogger who has never been admitted in a court of law and I had two independent experts verify the timeline. They are wrong but would prefer to mislead people. It’s truly ridiculous…”

So when push comes to shove, it’s all BS just like we thought. This Pipitone clown is basing his misleading report around a Websleuths blogger (JWG). Click here to view the post it relates to.
