    Dear Agent Bowery:

During our meeting today you told me that the FBI doesn’t investigate and prosecute murders. After I questioned that ridiculous claim you decided to modify that and claimed the FBI investigates some or certain murders.

Since there are no particular or specific murders that are distinguished from other murders, I would like to ask the Special Agent in charge to clarify his position on this matter.

Casey Anthony is an eye witness to seeing her dead, soaking wet child in George Anthony’s arms on the morning of June 16, 2008. This fact is revealed in the sworn statements of both psychologists who had been deposed by the Florida State’s Attorneys and in front of her attorneys.

The most unique part of the testimony that puts George Anthony in a unique position is that he had removed Caylee from her pajamas and redressed her in a set of clothes she had outgrown. That description by Casey is too bizarre to have been cooked up by Casey. If George hadn’t actually redressed Caylee into those clothes Casey would never have thought to make that observation if it hadn’t actually happened. Her clothing change served no purpose. George’s decision to redress Caylee is an act of a deranged person in a nervous state.

Florida State’s Attorneys Jeff Ashton and Linda Burdick decided to dismiss this vital part of their investigation which proved Casey was being framed by George for the murder George committed. Instead Ashton and Burdick concocted a nonsensical claim the jury found to be preposterous. The Florida State’s Attorney’s office has now chosen to protect George because prosecuting George would reveal their own devious blunder. This is why I strongly recommend an FBI investigation to solve this spectacular crime.

    Regards,
    Stephen A. Miller

  2. Why would they defend George? Would he have something on them?
